WTP BASEBALL
Both Sides of the Game
Win This Pitch Baseball was founded on a simple belief: developing players in both the mental and physical sides of the game makes better players — and better people.
Our Mission
At WTP Baseball, we believe the game is won between the ears as much as on the field. Our 14U program is built around developing complete players — athletes who compete hard, think smart, and carry themselves with character.
Every rep, every at-bat, every inning is an opportunity to grow. We push our players to be coachable, competitive, and confident — on the diamond and beyond.
Compete Every Pitch
We play with intensity and purpose. Every pitch is an opportunity to win.
Mental Toughness
We train the mental side of the game as hard as the physical.
Team First
Individual success means nothing without the team. We win and lose together.
Character Counts
How you carry yourself matters. We develop players and people.
COACHING STAFF
The People Behind the Program
Coach Tippett
Head Coach
Coach Tippett brings years of competitive baseball experience to WTP. As a high school varsity head coach for many years, he is the head coach for WTP. His approach focuses on developing the complete player — mechanically sound, mentally tough, and team-first in every situation.
Coach Miller
Assistant Coach
Coach Miller brings experience as a player to WTP. He played all the way up to the college level. As a young child, he had to have surgery on his heart. He created the nonprofit Team Emery, which helps people in need. WTP isn’t just a team, we are a community.
Coach Mota
Assistant Coach
Coach Mota is an experienced, high level coach. As a coach for the Arizona Diamondbacks RBI Team, he brings a wealth of knowledge to WTP. He coached as an assistant varsity coach, and is a cancer survivor. He specializes in hitting and the catcher position.
Coach Hinze
Assistant Coach
As a former collegiate player for Colorado Christian University, Coach Hinze helps out WTP as a coach. He specializes in outfielders, and formerly was one. His experience and energy helps WTP.
